🧼 How do I maintain my cookie cutters?

• Do not bend them : the edge is fine for a clean cut, it remains solid but can break if mishandled.

• Do not place anything on top to avoid deformation.

• Press gently when cutting.

• Hand wash in warm soapy water.

• Do not use in the dishwasher or expose to excessively high temperatures.

• Reserved exclusively for use with polymer clay (non-food).

🧲 My clay sticks to the cookie cutter, what should I do?

This is normal with some pasta. Here are my tips:

• Dip your cookie cutters generously in cornstarch .

• You can also apply it directly to the clay before cutting.

• Use a soft brush to remove excess.

⏱️ How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Orders are generally shipped within 2-5 business days . During busy periods, this time may extend slightly. I always do my best to ship orders as quickly as possible!

📬 What is the delivery time?

It varies depending on your location:

• France : 3 to 5 working days after dispatch

• Europe : 3 to 7 working days

• International : 7 to 15 working days

A tracking link will be sent to you upon shipment.

📦 What should I do if my package is shown as delivered, but I haven't received it?

In this case, we recommend that you contact your local post office promptly with your tracking number. Once shipped, the package is no longer under our responsibility. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
